Aaron was amazing to work with. He helped locate an investment property for us. Once we moved towards negotiation and purchase, things progressed without a single issue. Aarons communication was well above average. From start to finish he handled just about everything for us. Made the entire process seamless. We are now closed and our renovations have begun. Thank you Aaron for bringing this gem of a property into our lives. We love it!

When we were searching for homes on Zillow, we needed someone to get us into a house quick to look at. Aaron Hankins was available that same day, which was very helpful! My husband and I were pretty frustrated when we were surprised with the amount of closing costs that we needed to pay. We requested in our offer that Aaron put in there for them to split the closing costs. We even have the text, in which Aaron stated ok. We found out that a week before closing that what we requested was never placed in our offer. It is frustrating that Aaron made that decision without consulting us. Even with that being said, we really enjoyed working with Aaron. He was super kind and willing to help with whatever we needed. I would work with him again, even with the comment stated previously.
